It’d be surprising to know what customers leave on the basis of no branch access. Probably a minority.

Never needed to step foot in a branch of Santander. Everything so far with them has been online or through the chat bot. Only needed to call once due to suspected fraud.
When their takeover of TSB completes, I would expect another round of closures.

Seems my local branch is staying open.. only bank that seems to be open on a Saturday now too. There also is a TSB round the corner. 
I went into one where they have a card recycler to shred all of my expired cards.
I don’t even have an account with them and those card shredders are only placed in a handful of branches.
Might need to find somewhere else to shred my cards as I’ve moved away.
Buy a normal shredder? Mine is used mainly for shredding cards
The chips inside the cards mean bank cards can’t be recycled the same way as conventional plastic, hence why I am fixated on recycling bank cards at dedicated recycling points.
(Yes, I clearly have a problem. )
In the latest app update, does anyone know if the push notifications mentioned in Money Manager are for transactions too, or just information related to Money Manager?
I ordered a new card and i got push notification saying it was ordered and estimed time of delivery
