Please can you fix the Salary Sorter tab so it actually works reliably?
My income is always recognised, but I have to re-enter my Salary Sorter preferences every time because the payment details aren’t always exactly the same. The Salary Sorter should be saved to my Monzo account rather than being tied to the sender, so I can access, edit and use my saved setup whenever my income arrives.
I really like Salary Sorter and just want it to work consistently.
How do you propose Monzo “fix” this? You’re getting paid from different sources, save your sort and surely then eventually you’ll get paid by the same source again at some point?
Is this a salary or wages or income from self employment? I don’t see why an employer would be sending salary from different sources each time. This looks like a “you” problem.
