Yes, and they changed it to the Mastercard one this morning🤦🏻♂️ I think they decide to stop issuing the visa again
Yes the white Visa logo looks better against the black. It’s a pity they don’t use the silver MasterCard logo.
I’m using Holts as my main account now.
Previously in the reserves. Really impressed with the service and setup. I’ve got the premier reward account.

yes, they was send me the visa instead of the Mastercard
Have you received the physical card yet? Did you have a Premier Select account before you upgraded?
Contacted support today about the Travel Account to understand the lack of due to having a Visa.
I was told that even if you have a Mastercard on one account and a Visa on another (both with RBS), the fact you have a Visa on your profile you are prevented.
I was told that their ‘tech team’ is working on the issue, but I was given a link to provide feedback to them about the issue. I was told that if enough customers provide feedback this will be prioritised.
For all the good it will do, I completed the form and provided feedback.
