My Drummonds account has appeared but no Debit Card so will need to get in touch with them to order one
Yeah I agree, it really needs an update. It’s not so bad in dark mode but in light mode

I’m liking this a lot though. I have premier but keeping it on the child&co.
My investment accounts just appeared in my app. I thought they would be kept separate in the invest portal.
Looks like once funds the funds arrive the accounts are then visible in the app.
Yeah, just shows as an account in the list.
I think it’s just a reference point as when you click the account and then ‘view investments’ it takes you to the portal. So I think to transact you need to go to the invest portal still.
This could change as the investments haven’t fully transferred through yet.

Just set up my digital banking and it seems they’ve successfully linked my account with the profile they already had of me as my old messages are in the app.
And I got a Visa card!
When switching, when does RBS first notify you that it is actually going ahead?

If they have your e-mail and mobile number you’ll get notified once it begins almost simultaneously and once more when payees, standing orders direct debits etc have been transferred and then again when it completes and any balance is transferred. Finally, you’ll get only a text if you’ve been given the incentive.

I think back at both of them, Visa does look better. The alignment annoys me slightly (being very close to the edge of that purple section) but the red/orange Mastercard logo doesn’t work very well with purple imo. Strange thing is that the card expires in only 2 years.

I think unless the card is red (like Santander, Virgin Money), they shouldn’t use the red/orange logo. It stands out way too much and doesn’t really fit in with the rest of the card.

Haven’t heard anything just yet but I’m sure I definitely put it in the application form so just a waiting game I guess.
EDIT: Just I posted this comment, the text and email about the switch came through! Can I deposit the £1,250 now, leave it there until same time tomorrow, then withdraw some of it? (Basically, have I understood the switch conditions)?
I’ve transferred £700, then £551, will leave for a day or two. Then hopefully will get the money once the switch is complete!

I upgraded to Reward, is there not a section in the app I can see the rewards or does it come later? 
Also no debit card but will wait a bit longer for that. The app is nice and contemplating moving salary in.

Possibly, although I have three difference sort codes for each of my accounts, so not sure which would be my ‘home’.

Have you opened the digital regular saver? I’d say whatever sort code that is that would be your home sort code.
