has anyone been able to change the nicknames of each account? whenever I try and change it, it throws up an error message.

for me I worked after 2-3 days from first logging into the app, simply asked me to take a picture of my face
Maybe I should log out and back in - maybe that’ll prompt it.
RBS is soo strange . Applying to C&Co was so easy. Now for Drummonds they ask for a BRP and Live agent said Share code is not accepted and have to re-apply in branch, wtf.
That is strange especially when you already have an account with them under your customer number
YESSS that what I was saying to the live agent, but they somehow have the audacity to just copy paste their usual lines of text and give me a phone number
Well there are no RBS branch in London, does that mean I have to go at NatWest?
Well I only had to send ID for my first account, and I am a completely new customer to RBS.
Then the next two accounts I applied for they just approved, no ID, I even got no email confirmation of the application, just an email saying the account is open.
They must cross reference the information if it matches and you’ve already provided ID they just move the application along.
I applied for the Ulster account too and the same happened. I’ve had no request for ID, but instead an email saying my account is open.
They also hard searched me and reversed the hard search, each time. lol thanks RBS!

When they asked me for ID for the RBS I just went into NatWest and the really helpful manager did it for me there and then.

Always wonder why RBS gets such a terrible score in these surveys
But this is the most recent survey. If they got better, you’d expect their score to improve.
I mean Monzo customer service is dire…
It’s a guess, but I think it’s based on being a bank with Scotland in the title, most people just assume it can only be for Scottish folk.
I do wonder how many customers RBS have in comparison to Monzo.
