Have you ever had a normal RBS account? Thinking that if that’s the case, maybe it’s picking that one up rather than the more recent C&C one.

That shows as the Castle Douglas branch. Are you in England? If so then that’s perhaps your closest branch. It’s in the very south of Scotland.
You don’t need the SO or even make payments into it for that matter.

they’ve probably blocking new c&co accounts, except there’s still the other way of doing it, which they haven’t closed up yet…

After more than a week I finally got “Welcome to your new account” email but there’s no any account details so I can’t set up my online account. Live chat told me to wait for the card 
Don’t worry you will get the customer number next day like me. Then wait up to 48hours for the activation code (SMS)

Seems like it. After all the branch is closed now.
Got a form to sign and return and needed to send off ID which NatWest certified for me.
Now we wait

UPDATE: The live agent said the activation code will be send by post not by sms (in my case), 3-5 working days. Now I know its gonna take ages, I expect to see the postman in mininum 3 weeks

My SO was today, I’m assuming it’s month to month, and I can’t put in £150 tomorrow too?
Are everyones Rewards showing £1 pending, I assume for logging into the app?

Has anyone started seeing the my rewards cashback offers for the debit card spend? I’m just intriguing to know which retailers you can get cashback from.
Looks to be the same as the Barclaycard cashback rewards scheme, even has the same design.
