I believe so. My NW app is now working, but both NW & RBS websites still say there’s a service disruption on the service status page (as of 10:22)
Anyone seeing new card designs in wallets yet? I “lost” My RBS CC and it has a new number, it’s showing the new number in Apple Pay but still the old grey design, not the purple. Very strange they haven’t updated it yet.
I “Damaged” both of my RBS Credit Cards months ago and Google Wallet still hasn’t been updated to the new designs. Card number is the same but old ones were granny sheen silver and new designs are purple.
Yeah I still have the granny sheen silver too. Bizarre, the purple ones have been out for some time now.
Maybe need to remove and re-add
Added it via the RBS app. Not manually by card number.
Removed and re-added both and they are both the same design in Google Wallet as DMc1 shows above even though with the physical cards one has purple lines and the other has yellow
My travel CC looks like this, the physical card has a yellow line not purple though.
Isn’t the travel CC grey line and Visa?
Do you want to swap places? Currently sitting in a very rainy Welsh town.
It’s so hot today the sun is physically painful for me.
Sounds great
We fly to Faro a week on Friday
I’m always confused which card people have when they refer to the “travel card” as there isn’t a product with that name.
There’s the “NatWest Credit Card” and “Royal Bank Credit Card”, they have the yellow stripe and have 0% FX fees so would be good for traveling, but not called that.
The only credit card with “travel” in its name is the NatWest Travel Reward card (RBS don’t do it) and that’s the one with the grey line: Collected thoughts on card design (Part 1) - #8971 by RA
Ah, the Royal Bank Credit Card.
Looks like I’m full of shit and it’s not a “travel” card, so apologies.
You’re forgiven I thought maybe it was different for RBS or something.
Does anyone know if I’m allowed to open an RBS Account if I already hold an account with NatWest.
I know I can use the RBS branches as a NW customer, but I’d really like the RBS debit card
Yes.
