Would it be possible to select an option to round up transactions to the nearest pound and then add the money to a pot of your choice?
There is already. It’s the Coin Jar feature as a Pot

Check out this blog post
Simply name a pot as “Coin Jar” to activate it. It won’t round up transactions below £1, or when your balance has dropped below £10.
