From the ones I’ve played with - Dall-E (and chat GPT - both from open AI - https://openai.com/) are web access - but the quality of Dall-E isn’t as good as Midjourney IMO.
Midjourney is in beta and you “send commands” to a bot on a discord server - super easy to use and sign up to thought → Midjourney is the discord channel.

I’ve been struggling to redo mine with midjourney.This was the best 4 so far which I just find a bit unnerving

The current beta of Midjourney will do both; for this one I chucked in the image plus the phrase “Photorealistic human” but it should be able to pick most sorts of references to art styles, photography techniques, films, colour pallettes etc.
Stable Diffusion allows you to feed a photo for it to re-interpret.
