Direct debits went out fine today, first thing too which is unusual.
The two debits there are fussy to move so they can stay for now.

On the basis that they might block you from reopening, better to just leave it in the drawer.
I don’t think revolut do. Some left and went back for the 5% cashback offer I think
I did this. Had no problem reopening.
Well I never knew this.
The revolut esim, allows roaming on O2 and EE so far, and whatever network it’s on, if you have no data the app will still work providing you have a signal 🫨
Got me out a hole the other week - I was in Luxembourg for the weekend and for some reason, my Irish SIM was just not going to connect to any Luxembourgish network even though it should under EU roaming.
I was able to add 1GB for €4 to tide me over for the few days, even when not in WiFi range as the Revolut app works on the eSIM regardless of whether you have data loaded or not
Meanwhile, I had to close my account and reopen with a Japanese address because I’m there for work now, and my cashback offer is higher-percentage but lower cap:
Ah that’s ok then, I thought my mind was playing tricks
You can change your Revolut app icon to an EU flag in European Union countries now
(if you feel you must)
Managed to get a work mate to sign up this week for the £60 referral bonus. It arrived about twelve hours later.
And my son turned 18 today and is now the proud owner of a new Revolut account. Bonus incoming although I said he could have it all. Dammit.
How? Can’t seem to find the setting for it.
Ah must be only for paying users then.
Happy Forumversary!
It is only for EU customers.
Yes, might not be for customers in UK. I’m not paying for Ultra, but it’s still shown with a lock on it.
Might be like when Revolut issued these cards - you could only see the card for your country of residence in app
Woke up to the referally bonus this morning. That’s approximately twelve hours. Magic!
