I was on Ultra but moved down to Metal at last renewal as my air travelled is expected to be less this year (plus I wasn’t overly impressed with many of the lounges to really justify continuing to pay).
FT and Perplexity Pro are my main used subscriptions and I think Metal is worth it to include those.
FT is fine - license just applies to your account and good to go. If you end your subscription with Revolut the FT cuts off immediately but easy enough to reinstate.
Perplexity is different though. You get a link to activate the subscription and all is good, but it seems like you now need a payment card in the account in the background. When the subscription expires and you re-use the Revolut link, it won’t get accepted under the Perplexity account (stating you can only use a Revolut trial link once per account). But you can sign up for a new Perplexity account under a different email, and the Revolut link is good for another 2 years

Nope, just curious how people use it. It seems to sit in a middle ground with some using it like a bank and some using it like a spending card.

And some using it for a cheap FT account… 
You can just add any card, no payment is taken, it’s just required to renew.
Oh sure, I realise that it just sits there with 0.00 invoices.
Until such time your Revolut subscription link expires and a charge lands on it if you forgot to put it in the diary. Which I’m sure is the reason for it

Not fully, but as everyday and crypto investments account 
Occasionally, once collected enough RevPoins, do redeem gift vouchers for JustEat 
Also for euros, swiss francs and US dollars 
. Euros mainly for holidays in Europe 
Kept salary into Monzo for a few years now. More handy now, as Monzo offered a salary x2 (small) opportunity

Apple Card isn’t coming to the UK so just get the Revolut card if you want it
