You’re missing the point I’m afraid, the number of requests is irrelevant if there isn’t a use case that can’t be solved using Monzo’s existing / planned functionality.
Now that you’ve explained the impact of the getting paid every 4 weeks (I’m paid monthly), I understand your use case so thanks for that. I can see why that needs solving so hopefully Monzo can too & now the number of requests matters.
In my opinion, there’s no point in worrying about the joint accounts until we see what Monzo’s solution is. You can but if they do address your use case, which you seem to be assuming they won’t, you’ll have been wasting your time
