Just set up our Monzo accounts and immediately came across this glaring omission. Glad it’s not just me requesting it but it’s been quite a while from the original post and no sign of any response from Monzo.

I really hope we see this at some point.
Pots could do with getting a bit of development time again.
To show an example, this is what the feature looks like on my Nationwide savings account (please ignore that there is no money in there I recently moved it to a higher interest account
)
I think this is the closest thread I could find relating to my query. I was going to raise this in the ‘Help’ section because I would’ve thought Monzo be all over this given their intuitive app design and features. It appears not, after several years, unless I am missing something?
In brief, I want to save £1500 by July 2027. Ideally I’d like to make this £2,000.
But all I’m told here is:
What is the relevance of the % paid? It’s not overly useful.
I’ve set a scheduled payment of £100 monthly. But how do I know if this is enough to reach my goal by the date I’ve set? What will £100 a month look like by my target date? What is the point in setting a date in the first place?
Also, if £100 is enough to reach £1500 (?), how much would I need to increase the payment by to make it £2,000?
I’m sure I’m probably missing a setting somewhere as this has been a feature request for 8ish years and other banks have this basic feature. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be appreciated.
