- the ‘upsell’ string in post# 106 above gives it away.
It can be any pot when used with Plus/Premium - not just ‘credit pots’ (unless you’re just naming the regular pot ‘credit pot’)
Actual credit pots (name/functionality not confirmed) will be arriving 
though - this will be a different feature.

I think @Rat_au_van means that credit pots might not be available to minustomers? In that case I think Monzo would be missing out on

Virtual card does seem the easiest implementation but would not making it available to free customers reduce possible income? Or would the increase in plustomers be large enough to justify paywalling it?

I’m just speculating on how Monzo could tie two of today’s breaking news (credit pot leak and pay from pot) to have a quasi-credit card and tie people more into their paid tiers
Minustomers would not have pay from pot so would have to “move” transactions from their main balance to credit pots
Plustomers could use today’s headline feature to create a credit card from their credit pot
I see. And agree - ‘credit pots’ should be available to all users, funded via the main account or a bills pot for repayments. Virtual Cards being funded by any chosen pot (including a ‘credit pot’) should be available to Plus/Premium subscribers only.
As a 
user - I don’t think I’ll use the BNPL feature, but never say never.
As a investor - I’m over the moon with the potentials of the pot/VC/subscription feature upsell to Plus/Premium and the credit lines/BNPL features - valuation rising?

We’ve been testing this internally for a little bit now and we can’t wait for you all to try this. Virtual cards look really pretty in my Apple Wallet alongside my metal card 
Think my favourite use case, actually, is my “Travel” Pot & card – I’ve set aside my travel allowance and then set up a purple virtual card as my Express Travel Card on my Apple Watch. Now TfL just sits nicely in a Pot, rather than on my main feed!
