I know that threads are being locked after 6 months of non posting but is there any chance that the ones that are like this now could be locked?
I’d be interested to hear about the benefits of doing that, that you’re thinking of here 
The reason that we lock 6 month old threads is because there’s a chance the information contained within them is then no longer relevant - procedures, policies and advice given 6 months ago could be different in the face of updates, changes in the app, etc etc.
Up until that mark is hit, it’s fairly reasonable to expect that anything discussed within the thread is still relevant information, and every one is welcome to post in them, especially new members.
