Did you come across Ciphey coincidentally or did you know I invented it? It’d be very cute if you came across it without knowing it’s mine!
For what it’s worth the current version of Ciphey cannot crack it, and neither can Cyberchef 
I even run a Discord server where we crack codes most days like this!
