I don’t know about that, but yesterday I got two app notifications for low balance alerts. The thing is they were completely random, as my accounts have been sitting far below the low balance threshold since the start of the month (at which point I get an SMS usually).

Low balance app notifications started on Monday in place of texts (if notifications are turned on in app) so maybe you just got them as they activated the system.

If you change the order it then removes your other customisation (doesn’t let you keep the titles on the main page) so I‘be reset it back.
I don’t use titles anyway, I do use large tiles though so suits me

They are slowly but surely catching up to the other banks! Just emphasis on the "slowly”
Other than notifications what else do you think they are missing and need to catch up on?
View your PIN in the app is a fairly big one.
After that, card details in the app, better statements, copy bank details maybe.

Do people not change their PIN to something they can remember?

You can at least copy account number and sort code by long pressing on the account name on the home screen. I’m not sure if it was there before but definitely as of the last update
