Add a Notes/Description to each pot, allowing you to put details of what payments and the amount

Pots tip: rename the pot to match. For example, you have a Bills pot for Utility bills and the Direct Debits for the electric/gas/water/broadband total £200 per month. Name the pot: “Bills - Utility - £200.00”, then assign the Scheduled payments/Direct Debits/Standing orders for the utility vendors to be paid from said pot. Then at the start of each (monthly) cycle, transfer £200 into the “Bills - Utility - £200.00” pot and life becomes a little simpler.
You can do this for any number of (bills) pots used for grouping Scheduled payments/Direct Debits/Standing orders together in designated pots for designated vendors or groups of vendors.
