Any idea why starling would have nearly 50 thousand reviews but Monzo is only approaching 10 thousand? Seems a bit odd given that Monzo is significantly larger at the moment.

I guess it would depend on how aggressively you prompt users for a review in the App Store.

I’ve not had anything from them prompting for a review. Even with monzos trust pilot prompt they seem to have double the trust pilot reviews as well. Maybe I’m the early days? That’s the only thing I can think of.
