Not really, because it’s not distinguishable from any other card payments that might happen frequently. Let’s say Person A had a CPA to top-up a phone on the 1st of the month, and Person B does the same thing, but does it manually each time. To us, that information is exactly the same. So, you could tell us that this is a recurring monthly payment for the purposes of your Summary, but what if you then decide to top-up again in the middle of the month on one occasion? We can’t learn from the date, or the amount, because this might change.
It’s not impossible, but it has a ton more variables than DD’s or SO’s.
