Ordered a new card from the UK to be delivered to me in Egypt, this is not the first time,but the second. It went smoothly the first time. Now I’ve tracked my card and it’s saying it’s on hold, just checked the DHL website and debit cards have been listed as items prohibited for shipping, is this something new? Has anyone had problems receiving their new debit card from DHL???
Have you spoke to DHL and check the country import rules?
Thank you, I have contacted them and they have informed me that clearance is complete so my card is no longer being held, so I’m expecting delivery later today or tomorrow.
