Hello :wave:

Monzo are looking for 5 brave community members who would like to join our team #TOUGHMONZO on 28/04/18 to complete a full Tough Mudder for our charity partner Turn2us.

Turn2us is a national charity that helps people in financial hardship to gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services. Like Turn2us, Monzo aims to help people have control over their financial lives, which is why we are very excited to be working together, to raise money and awareness for a growing concern in the UK by completing the Tough Mudder challenge.

We’d love for to get involved by completing the Tough Mudder, fundraising and raising awareness as part of #TOUGHMONZO :muscle:

HOW DO I REGISTER MY INTEREST?

Please reply with your name below and line about why you’d like to get involved :grinning:

We’ll choose 5 people at random by 1pm Thursday 23rd November! The selected people will be contacted by DM and we’ll announce the successful additions to the #TOUGHMONZO team at the end of the week!

Participants will receive a surprise Monzo pack. :gift:

HOW ELSE CAN I GET INVOLVED?

If you are under 18, or would like to get involved in another way, we also have a JustGiving page if you’d like to donate!

I’m still not entirely sure why I’m so keen for this.

I have a feeling I’m going to have regrets in a few months!

All for a good cause though eh? ;D

I kind of want to say yes! But London is a little bit far I think. :see_no_evil:

Always wanted to do a Tough Mudder, although my knees did struggle with a 10K this summer! :sob:

Good luck though guys! All for a worthy cause and I’m sure you’ll have a smashing team.

The Tough Mudder Location is actually - 6 Dairy Ln, Hambleden, Henley-on-Thames RG9 3AS ( it’s just called London West)

I received my new debit card this morning - seems as good a reason as any to get involved in a good cause!

Hopefully I’ve snuck in just before the deadline.

Oh damn, missed the deadline. But definitely up for taking part, if there is still space. Because who doesn’t want to get electrocuted after running 12 miles?

Definitely interested in this and being a part of anything Monzo does :slight_smile:

Big believer that financial security/situation plays a huge part in emotional happiness and stability so any way to support fellow humans is one I’d like to be a part of.

Oh, this sounds like great idea.
I love all things Monzo, so helping them help others would be a privilege.

I’ve been tempted with a tough mudder in the past. Will be running a half marathon Just the month before so should be race fit.

I would love to get involved; I took part in a Tough Mudder earlier this year and the team spirit and camaraderie amongst the participants was inspiring. No better feeling than helping somebody over the obstacles

Would love to get involved in this! I’ve done Tough Mudder before and have recently given up smoking so fingers crossed I shouldn’t be struggling this time around :joy:
