Maybe they are bigger to bring them within thumb scroll range. The larger cards do seem to make it easier to scroll between cards when the transaction feed has been pulled down.

It’s a strange name indeed, maybe the separate Monzo savings pot? But that still doesn’t quite explain the wording.

Been expecting the Monzo savings pot since Tom said Monzo would be scaling up lending. Makes sense for Monzo to encourage people to keep money in the actual Monzo account so it can be lent out.

But why “partial”?
Maybe partial is a pot that card transaction etc will still come out of if your balance is too low
Looks like the Metal cards will be a monthly or one-off payment which is pretty neat
