The bank app just work as it should for starters
To remove Pots, Savings and Investments, Accounts, Rewards, Insurance and Cards section from the Monzo app Home Screen 
Create their own tab at the bottom labelled Hub or similar.
It’s too busy

To not push their other products at me every time I try do do anything.
Transfer some money with word house in the reference, advert underneath for Monzo home insurance.
Send money to someone, advert to refer them to Monzo for £5 reward

NatWest: a savings account with actually okay interest (If NatWest had Ulster Banks’s Loyalty Saver account I’d close Monzo in a heartbeat)
Monzo: better connection between Monzo US and Monzo UK, with preferential exchange rates when sending money back and forth. (If Monzo did this I’d move my US banking/paycheck over and likely shift my UK banking fully to Monzo as well.)

Monzo bank statements need a huge overhaul. Columns for in and out would be a great edition, also a smaller font and a general tidy up.
I deal with bank statements all day long and they are by far the worst in format and layout.

Restore the ability to filter searches by category/date/amount/etc in the monzo search feature. It seems you can only search by merchant name now, and the KB article about searching still describes the old, lost features - it does not align with the current reality of searching in the monzo app.

would love a fully featured, modern app for personal finance budgeting (like the old school quicken or ms money programs) that was either part of, or an add-on for monzo accounts.
The slickness of Revolut app with the budgeting of YNAB and the connected accounts of Monzo with the broad banking facilities of HSBC and the rewards of Amex.

For all existing features and functionality to be considered whenever new features are added/updated. (Joint account parity and spreadsheet export not working with pay from pots via VC are just 2 examples).
And for features brought into other countries version of the app to be non-country specific if there is no legal/regulatory reason for it (auto salary sorter and merchant from pot from Monzo US as examples)
I know this is directed at Monzo Ireland customers, but still voicing it here from a UK perspective.
I’d tap me wand to allow a user to pick a card color or choose a transparent card. To allow app icons to be changed to any color without premium, to allow themes inside the app.

A possibly unpopular thought, but it might be worth UK folks taking a breath and letting Irish peeps have their views on things like this first? This is an Ireland topic after all! 
(Speaking of which, can we tweak the forum to show which country a poster is from or create a Monzo international section rather than just Ireland and the UK?)
