I can only go off your posts on here, so not wanting to be rude but it is very difficult to understand what you’re trying to say in most cases. This may be why you’re not being taken seriously enough so the support of a professional may help?

Well people are talking about Loqbox which is a Fintech and so is Robinhood, although Robinhood a bigger company maybe are still considering compensation for something such as their app being down for 2 days. Loqbox is hacked and a decent amount of information stolen and seem like they are rather trying sweep the situation aside in the hope we may forget or when ICO come out with a statement it shows that maybe Loqbox wasn’t as so in the wrong so we continue using them.

Nobody reported it, the system autoflags when some joins and posts remote content in their first post to protect from spam. Just needs a mod to approve.

Replacement card on the way from Monzo, email fired off to Loqbox to request my funds without a penalty and I’ve joined the group action with Hayes Connor solicitors. So let’s see what happens!

Still no promised £30 from them, despite I have reminded them few days ago. So for me they are proven liars now, going to trustpilot.

Did they call you? And if so, what are their promises as to what to expect from this?
They are dealing with a number of people and they think there is a case. They’ve given some advice about what to look out for and sent some further info forms.
