Yes, a lot of people still send or receive cheques.
In the last year I received cheques from O2, Virgin, and DVLA.
Looks like it didn’t fix itself as still no transactions are showing, which is annoying.
I have to get large cheques three times a year for the next few years and it is a massive pain every time. ![]()
You probably need an Instagram expert to take photos of the cheques in your app. ![]()
Lloyds has sent me 6 (same) letters to confirm they received a switch request from Chase.
All have the same date.
Same thing happened last year when I was closing a Santander account switched to Lloyds. I thought it was an error.
Also two letters (same) confirming the transferred payees and DDs.
Do they have that much paper to waste?
I got the same, total waste of paper when they could just send it via digital inbox given you choose digital statements.
Transactions now showing in my feed a week after opening the account.
Has your account even been opened? Or since closed?
Maybe give them a call and ask.
It’s open, I can transfer in/out and debit card works. I’ll give it another week see if it fixes itself. My switch completes tomorrow.
Have you tried force closing the app and open again?
What does it do when you logon to the desktop version rather than the app, do the transactions show. Probably worth a call to the help desk I’d say.
All transactions show and looks fine on the browser version, apart from broken buttons and missing resources… ![]()
Aw thanks guys, you shouldn’t have.
sadly they didn’t follow it up with an actual present.
(There’s the same message with a different style of graphic in all the LBG apps. RBS had a little banner at the top of my accounts too.)
Had it too. Lidl gave me a croissant

One of the lovely perks of shopping at Lidl, scratch and win and the possibility of a free pastry as well as birthday gifts ![]()
