Hello! Been lurking for a while over here and thought it was finally time to say hi!

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with integrating an iweb account with the Lloyds premier planning/ net worth /open banking set up in app. I have an S&S ISA with iWeb and with them being part of Lloyds banking group, I thought this might be possible but couldn’t work it out other than adding manually.

Bugger me Lloyds has managed to break reordering accounts again

Hey, what you need to do is:

  1. Go to home page of lloyds app
  2. Scroll down to the Premier section and then click Premier Planning
  3. Scroll down to the Net Worth section and click on the area with a arrow “>”
  4. A new section will appear, at the bottom there is a green button “Add to your net worth” Click this.
  5. A new pop up will appear, click “Auto Add”
  6. Click Pensions and Investments
  7. Choose IWeb and log in using your details.

This should then add the account. NOTE, it will only appear in your Premier Planning section, NOT on the main account page. I believe there is an update on the app coming soon that will show all LGB accounts automatically on your homepage without the above steps.

Mine seems to still be there on iOS.

MBNA have very kindly offered to standardise my APR on my credit card in line with their other offerings, so from 11% to 20%, a year after raising it from 6%. One more account closed I guess. Except for the low apr there were no useful benefits to it.

Does the APR even matter if you don’t carry over a balance?

Well there’s that, but it was nice to have a low APR card for emergencies.

Thank you for this detailed explanation!

Iweb does not seem to come up as a provider that can be auto-added for me on android at present, but I will be patient :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I promise it is there with IOS so it should only be a matter of time before it comes to Android :crossed_fingers:t4::crossed_fingers:t4:

Hey for people who have a problem with adding the Lloyds cards to apple pay… is that a lloyds only thing or does it extend to the entire group e.g Halifax? I would open an account with them but if i cannot add my cards there either then no point. (Lloyds cards not working for me)

I mean I get that it’s a slight inconvenience but what’s the major difference without Apple Pay (while they fix the issue). You can still use contactless and a lot of apps let you add cards directly. Also sometimes banks decline larger online transactions through Apple Pay which means you have to call and unblock your card whereas paying with the card and verifying the transaction with an app is more secure anyway. If the banks products suit then use the product and hopefully it’ll work in the future?

The entire group. Tried and tested.

My Lloyds card would not add to apple pay and they said it was security reasons.
When you get a new handset the card adds no without any issue.
If any of the cards on the phone have been on another persons apple profile does that flag up a risk that is stopping the addition?

It’s really a who knows situation. A frustrating one.

Can’t Lloyds program their system to ignore it?
