Anyone been charged a premier account fee? Or seen any charges/refunds applied yet?
No, which is odd as I was expecting to. I initially took it that it would charge the Ā£15 and then immediately refund it if you met criteria such as with Club Lloyds.
Iāve been using premier since the 27th May so expected to have seen something by then. Iāve also had premier cash back since.

Probably got there act togather and only take the fee if you owe it unlike club Lloyds when they take it then give it straight back

Yeah Iāve just contacted customer service and they said I met the eligibility so I was not charged.

I definitely didnāt meet criteria and the fee has not been taken.

My Club Platinum only had the platinum fee taken. Nothing for club, not even a refund.
Thatās odd because it definitely did used to do this for club. I wonder if something has changed in how they do this now?
I had the Apple Pay issue yesterday and today but after messaging support and them asking to try again, the card added successfully. No idea what they did other mention it would generate a new token.

I just simply put that I couldnāt add my debit card to Apple Pay. They sent the usual instructions to which I put that doesnāt work. They then came back about 15 mins later asking to try again and it worked.
Is there still lots of internal ads within the Lloyds app?
Didnāt work for me sadly, the response I got was:
Unfortunately, I tried to add your card into Apple pay but after reviewing your account, it appears we have not received a request to add your card to Apple Pay, so I am unable to do so.

So basically still got nowhere. Iām at week 7 of the 8 week wait on my complaint, doesnāt look like Iāll be getting anywhere with that either.
@Boring says they know about it but arenāt treating it as a priority to fix 
Iām 1 year in and still unable to add it; this is via a brand new account too
What sort of rate are you getting on that Premier Saver? I canāt see mention of that anywhere on their website

Itās a renamed account - I just called it that to differentiate from my advantage saver.
A whopping 1.4% - itās a slush fund of ātouchableā savings vs those either with withdrawal restrictions or investments.

Club Lloyds Platinum
Classic
If I wanted Lloyds Premier take the place of the Club Lloyds Platinum, would I have to:
Downgrade Club Lloyds Platinum
Upgrade that to Premier
Upgrade the Classic to Platinum
Is that the way Iād have to do it? I donāt quite meet the Ā£5k per month wages going in, so Iām thinking of bouncing the remainder in and out of the Premier account - can that be done from a Lloyds Savings account into the Premier and out again, or does it have to be from another bank?

So basically premier is the, well, premier version of Club Lloyds. So you would be best downgrading your Club Platinum to a Platinum and opening a separate premier account.
Or if you didnāt want the insurance aspects you can do what I did which is just to upgrade my Club Lloyds Platinum account. I wouldnāt recommend doing that unless you can be absolutely sure you definitely donāt want the platinum account as it will cause all manner of pain.
You can have both a premier and a platinum account just not two club accounts.
Iām in a similar position and this is what Iāve been doing (transfer out of Lloyds saving and back in again) without hitch so far.
