Amazing that the list is mostly Fintech. Good to see Monzo at the top spot.

Weird to see Revolut in at #2. They must be doing something right but they certainly hide it well. :yum:

I seen to remember you saying monzo have way more than 957 staff stated in the article is that correct? ( I know it says UK staff)

Yeah definitely strange, but it says most common job positions in the UK are high end ones, so maybe they treat those staff better otherwise they’d leave.

Current staff count according to our HR tool that we use is 1283 :grinning:

How many staff work from outside the UK do you know?

I don’t know to be honest. Our system only categorises between London, Cardiff, LA, Vegas and Remote.
So it doesn’t easily account for Remote people who work outside of the UK. I’m sure there are other ways I can find out but I’d have to dig.

LA and Vegas between them is close to 100 people at the moment (most in Vegas).
