Why would you do that? No offence intended (just bants) but I’m assuming you must be the target audience for the C̶h̶u̶m̶p̶ supporter bundle.

Now I’m in the same situation of wondering whether to wait or cancel. No timelines or goals are ever given in these updates which is also mega frustrating :cry:

Make sure you mention that you’ve seen forum posts re: refunds. That’s what I did to be on the safe side.

Definitely time to cancel. Sounds like they are attempting to upsell.

Same boat here - I was in the Early Adopter camp because I saw great things would come.

When Bundles came out I thought id wait and see what “offer” they came up with.

Now I think I’m just out… I don’t need the perks I signed up for right now - travel related and I dont have much of that planned until early 2020 - and clearly half of the original core package isn’t going to come so…

And either way it seems like throwing money at a Plus Hole until the new thing comes out.

The new packages will no doubt render the current ones obsolete when switching so…?

They haven’t, I’m on plus V2 (6 plus travel insurance here) and I only found out about this through the thread

Will all customers that cancel the plus get full refunds from what they have paid and interest or just the swag ones? As I think everyone hasn’t got what they want out of it?

Because they frankly should. We were sold the early bird bundles on the promise that we would be able to bolt on additional features in due course

That’s not happening with you going back to the drawing board so automatic refunds should be coming for all

No. I’ve been refused a refund by a “specialist” on chat.

I was on the £3 deal.

Although others above seem to have got a refund. It’s all very messed up.

This needs sorting out then and there needs to be a consistent policy and that policy should be as follows

Most people who were sold Monzo Plus 1.0 or 2.0 have been missold. Refunding people sold Monzo Plus 2.0 is not enough. EVERYONE needs to be refunded and this needs to happen automatically without needing to go through customer services on chat

Then the work can begin on Monzo Plus (or whatever they call it) 3.0 and hopefully they get it right this time
