I didn’t click as no reason given to explain why I should log in.
I’m sure it’s a phishing email.
Can you confirm please.
Could be a spoofed email, @monzomail is legit though.
If you don’t need to login, don’t worry, just delete it.
It looks for all the world like a legitimate magic link email.
If you’re worried, have an in-app chat with Monzo about it. They will be able to tell you more than we can here.

I’ve found an old magic link email from Monzo and it does have monzomail.com as the domain.
Monzo also use email.monzo.com and monzoemail.com.
Email addresses can be spoofed, though, so best to hover over the actual blue login button and see what URL comes up. It should start https://monzo.com/ followed by “-magic-auth?” etc.
