[iOS] Contacts have account set-up name in Shared Tabs

Issue:
The account set-up name of a Monzo contact appears in a Shared Tab instead of the phone contact name.

This can, and has, lead to confusion especially since only the first name is shown in a Shared Tab.

Details to reproduce:
Create a Shared Tab with a Monzo contact whose account set-up name is different from their phone contact name.

OS: iOS 12.1.4
Device: iPhone 6
App Version: 2.39.0 #514 (TestFlight)
