Ye, had to claim as my laptop had an accident lol.
Also got boiler cover with them and that needed a new pump and they replaced with no issues.
I suppose it’s only as good as your own experience.

This has to be real. Monzo would not (surely!!) be stupid enough to launch this sort of thing as a joke.
Anyway, I don’t care about it being in the app, I don’t care about pretty sign up graphics, I care about cost and the ease of claim should I ever need to.
Has anyone done a price comparison yet?

Didn’t Monzo have a go at contents insurance 5 or 6 years ago or am I imagining it?
Same for me, pointless without building cover, my Monzo account closed today anyway so doesn’t matter.

It’s fairly obvious that building cover will follow next… But this is Monzo so it’s equally likely that the next announcement will be a free sausage roll.

Guess so. But then as a landlord I take out landlord insurance which includes my tenants contents. But I assume not all do.
Also people who own flats.
The building is insured via our management company and service charge. We therefore only need cover for the contents of the flat.
