Unless it’s really good coffee, I don’t have to bank with them to get it, costs £1 and they have free WiFi so I can look at my Monzo account

I’ve ranted elsewhere on here that the branch based banks just don’t seem to understand well, branches. I remain convinced that there is a market for them - and probably a wholesale network that services different banks.

I agree wholeheartedly with the “less experience more banking fundamentals” message of that article!

(Oh, and if they are going to do this at least make the coffee free!)
