With online shopping being as popular as it is, refunds are just a part of life. I find it hard to track them, as it often involves keeping track of dates, original transactions, receipts and proof of postage. Especially with Xmas period.
I’d like to have the ability to track refunds where I can flag transactions I’m expecting refunded and I’d like to be notified in X days if it hasn’t come through.
This would also be great help if I ever question a missing refund, if I was able to add fines to it, like proof of postage or anything like that, it would mean monzo CX team would have everything they need to investigate without me needing to send it through (reducing time to resolution, and thus increasing customer satisfaction even further).
