I love how I feel a part of the monzo community it’s such a different aspect to other banks this is why monzo are winning.
I love how monzo give you a chance to pitch your ideas and listen to the people.

One of the reasons I opted for monzo over starling for my current account switch was the community - just before I switched starling shut theirs down so that sealed my decision
