Issue:
I can’t see my partner’s activity on a joint account pot, only my own. The pot total is still accurate but the ledger/activity/transactions just don’t account for their contributions.
Details to reproduce:
Go to Home Screen > Savings & Investments
Go to Savings Pots. Create a savings pot, e.g. wedding
Select the wedding pot
Tap + Add money and go through the steps to add an amount
Have your partner add some money in the same way
On the Activity cell inside the pot, tap see all.
Here, I would expect to see my fiancées contributions and mine. But I only see mine. This seems broken.

My partner’s contribution to this pot:
In the Joint account transaction feed (not the Wedding savings pot feed), do you see 2 debit transactions (-500.00 each) on 30-May-24 with one of them showing a small icon on the upper-right of the pot image thumbnail?
Is it the different views that could be catching you out? For example:
On the Home tab, you see a collection of ALL card/account/connected account Activity, just underneath the cards at the top. At the bottom of this section is ‘See all’ - tap on this and you get a comprehensive list of transactions from everywhere. But there can be items missing when compared to…
On the Home tab, tap on the Joint account card to see ONLY the Joint account transactions - scroll down a little until you see the ‘See all’ link & tap on it to see the Joint Account transactions.
If you compare the 2 lists, differences can be seen - in my case, all Bills Pot contributions from the pot to the Joint account aren’t shown in the ALL feed, but they can be seen in the Joint account ONLY feed
But that’s not the issue. Maybe I haven’t been clear, see my updated steps:
1. Go to Home Screen > Savings & Investments
2. Go to Savings Pots. Select any labelled joint, e.g. my wedding one
3. On the Activity cell, tap See all.
Here, I would expect to see my fiancées contributions and mine. But I only see mine. This seems broken.
I should note that this is a Shawbrook pot. When I scroll to the Pot details cell, there are no deposits or withdrawals either. I guess this issue could stem from limited transaction data from the savings provider?
Yeah I think you might be right. It’s probably the limitations of Shawbrook’s open banking implementation I guess. But that interest rate is too good to pass up. Thanks for the help David and Carlo!
