How to delete Monzo community account?

I’ve logged a ticket with Monzo a while ago to delete my community forum account but its still not done. Surely its just a few steps to action? Could an admin or someone help speed up the process and delete my account and data on the forum please?

They won’t delete the account or the data, they’ll just garble the username
