Hi everyone im just wondering is there any web sites that i can go on to help this homless person i see everyday sleeping rough

For rough sleepers try https://www.streetlink.org.uk - they have an app you can use to report someone on the streets, the local contact team will visit them that night (in London at least, I assume it covers the whole country but the website doesn’t say).

You can also try talking to them, and ask if there’s anything they need - warm food or a coffee. I think most charities advise against giving money - shelters for rough sleepers don’t require fees, and often rough sleepers who are drug or alcohol abusers don’t use them anyway.

Exactly. Rather than donate money directly to homelessness which likely fuels addiction, instead donate directly to charities or even your employer’s charity matching services if they are enrolled. Failing that, a hot cup of hot chocolate, dry clothes and warm bedding can’t go amiss.
