Do you know if Halifax do credit checks for new current accounts? I’d set more up to milk it if it doesn’t come with a credit check

Once you have a current account with Halifax, they do not conduct further credit checks for additional accounts.
I was surprised when I found that out tbh.
When you go to open a new Halifax current account, from within your online banking login, you will reach a page that includes this:

I can also confirm that NO credit searches appeared on my CRA records following the opening of the two additional accounts last month.
