Feedback on Negative Reviews

I’ve noticed that the majority of negative reviews on Facebook etc are people getting their accounts frozen without a payout, and getting no response from Customer Services.

Whilst this is completely contrary to my experience, or my friends, I wondered if there could be a more general explanation as to why these issues occur. Is it user errors who just take it public on social media?

This post should cover it.


Majority of cases it would be fraud related but Monzo are legally required to say nothing while it gets investigated
