Duplicate Transactions/Transaction value retroactively changing (Tesco)

Happened to me today. Just got it refunded by Monzo!

Transaction was apparently Saturday night at 8.30pm, came through today at 11.57 at a different address too… Weird

Just had this happen to me this morning. Tried to report it as fraud only because the messaging said I could unfreeze my card immediately. It is now blocked and I can’t unblock it :man_facepalming::man_shrugging:

How would you report this other than fraud?!

Will they unblock my card now?

I’ve stated I don’t think it’s fraud but a duplicate payment

You’ll need to speak to support and get them to unblock your card if that’s what’s happened. Not sure if that’s possible.
