This Guardian article is interesting.
It states “Globally we would need to eat eight times less pork by 2050 …” - imagine how worse that figure would be if there weren’t a couple of billion Muslims! The figures don’t bear thinking about!
It’s also slighty amusing because it talks about gas… then encourages consumption of legumes…my personal favourite being the baked bean… and we all know what too many of those cause!
