This just isn’t true. There are lots of threads in the feedback/suggestions sections that a great following and people think are good ideas.

as examples. You find it toxic because people aren’t agreeing with you. That doesn’t make it toxic.

Which they have. You can argue about Monzo vs Starling or whoever, but between them, they have forced the traditional banks to improve.

It’s not “looking down the barrel” as has already been pointed out to you in your other thread. But if you can create a discord server in minutes, it has nothing to do with a “pederstrian approach” but because they don’t want to.

Monzo are very active on Instagram and Twitter, probably Facebook too. They don’t need to jump in on a niche chat channel that belongs in the 90s that is a mess of toxicity and spam.

Amongst the many things you don’t seem to understand, marketing and user acquisition is quite high by the looks of it.
