My first Starling card came like this. Was very exciting way back when.
Thank you. List of currency looks way too modest compared to Wise, too.
You donât get details for any other currencies either I donât believe. Not really the best tbh.
Like Euro itâs just given me a Euro pot. No IBAN, and not the option to request one.
Wise could be nice, get rid of that loading screen animation, and the exchange stuff off the Home Screen itâs possible to be liked.
Does it ask if you want to split a transaction after every purchase?
Lloyds bias? ![]()
Isnât this their main USP?
Probably, but if I want exchange Iâd go and exchange.
Iâve never liked the neon green since they rebranded from Transferwise, feels disposable. I guess theyâve done a focused group research and concluded money = green, not navy and with Monzoâs proven brand recognition with hot coral, neon green became the choice.
The white card, however is ![]()

. White also rhymes better with âWiseâ so if they chose white and silver (maybe plus gold and bronze) for their next rebranding I wouldnât be surprised.
It is so white that its transactions donât show in my Apple wallet
Saw this but the ÂŁ180 annual fee put me off. Also find it weird they charge FX fees for spending when its a airline co-branded card?
But it does look nice, very restrained design.
Thatâs because youâre old skool and using light mode hun.
Whenever permitted, dark mode always.
I feel like Iâve been waiting forever for these to be back in stock, but I didnât order one when they were available so the FOMO is getting to me
