I’m gay too, and I hate it. Pride is like the tip of an iceberg where the tip is flamboyant and promiscuous and the rest is like everyone else - but the public see the tip and assume we’re all like that. I refer to myself as a member of the LGB community and refuse to use the work ‘queer’.

I still have the dedicated cards. I cba to find the physical ones, but they’re showing in app (alongside the virtual debit card option). IIRC the way to open them was always to do it online and select the branch, but if that option’s gone I’d be stumped. Had C&C back when the card was Gold, cheque guarantee was a thing (£250 at that) and it had fancy personalised cheques.

My OH is a current Max subscriber, formerly Plus. She’s just replaced her card and was offered the blue Plus card as one of the choices (which of course she accepted). Going to see what comes in the post.
