Just got my Club Lloyds through too - slightly darker and glossy horse - back is the same but darker than the Classic. Again no sign of a customer service phone number.

How many times have you relied on the number on the card?

The typical advice people are asked to follow is call the number on the back of your bank card in situations such as potential fraud etc.

Quite a few in all truth - I worked in branch(es) for many years so know about the ‘use it or lose it’ culture - plus it’s nice to actually speak to someone from time to time to get things sorted
