Don’t know about Apple Pay, but I was able to add mine to Google Pay as soon as the account was 8pened in the app. Actual card arrived today.
It is an… interesting design

I wish more cards used actual photos. The Bank of Scotland ones look genuinely good, and the idea behind the old RBS ones wasnt bad, they just picked some odd photos for their vertical cards.
