I’d completely forgotten about Bo!

Weird card, weirder attempt at FinTech.

The N26 card was super nice, I should’ve kept it

The blue one was my first bank card. Wish I had kept them all over the years.

Jeez that top one brings memories!

Alliance used to let me withdraw my wages on a Sunday, usually paid a Monday, but then charged me interest on doing it.

Really wish I’d kept my first ever Abbey National debit card now!

Can you find it online?

For sure it is!

I’m pretty sure it was the one at the bottom. Good old Visa Electron!

It does seem we have our first idea of what RBS will be doing with its card upon changing brand colours from blue to purple.

New Business:

So the same photo but with a new logo.

I do prefer how the word “Business” isn’t in a box any more. But, the graphic’s placement and colour contrast to the RBS and MC logos have resulted in an awful card IMO.

If we’re still doing first debit cards… this was mine!

TD was also my first Canadian bank account. Even gave me a credit card despite not being resident (secured, but better than the other banks that wouldn’t even offer secured cards unless I could show a work or study permit). It was decent enough for a frequent visitor, and at the time, was the only way I could get a Chip and PIN card since no bank in the US was offering it.

I’m confused. RBS had this when it was using the x–pole and the train windows designs. Then it changed the business card to the workshop doors.

The design methodology at RBS is very unclear.

It’s from an app screenshot which for some reason shows different designs to what the cards actually are, but is strange they’d update an old design for the app. I can only imagine it’s because the app isn’t designed to show a portrait card design.

But RBS produces landscape versions of the cards for use in Wallet and GPay?

Hm, they do yeah. I have no idea then, just checked and the app shows a landscape beach hut now, but still a card with a child on it for the credit card.
