Updated Apple wallet with the introduction of Global Money.
I genuinely only ever use Amex and I am waiting to see if my HSBC Rewards card is approved for the times Amex is not accepted.

Cards can be stunning and look luxurious but I think the design they are doing is so people see the bank name and design when it goes into the chip and pin machine so people look at it and think ooooooohhhhh ![]()
But… I do think companies are probably making their cards less attractive (sorry
with the hot coral colour
) because a lot more people are using virtual cards and Apple / Android pay more. Physical cash is used less and I do think cards will be heading this way too and going more contactless - either by phone, watch or ring. Possibly in future implanted microchips hahaha ![]()
An actual card:
That does look pretty terrible around the edge and the chip ![]()
Have to pay for Barclays cards now if you want them personalised.
Guess if the same sonic poor before it would be poor now. Just at a price ![]()

Okay I would use chase just for star wars cards if they did do that ![]()
since I suppose it counts as Disney now, I want this card design

Any picture on how the NatWest Credit Card looks like?
Green one is the “NatWest Credit Card” (the 0% foreign currency one), purple is the balance transfer/purchase offer card.
I am team green, I think.
I preferred that one out of the two as well. Neither are great though, they’re glossy and the silver embossing definitely feels dated on them now. Certainly in need of a refresh.
How are they both in Apple Pay?
Yeah, but for me the NatWest group in general has my least favourite designs. For credit cards at least, I don’t hate the NatWest debit card or RBS beach hut but know they’re an acquired taste. At least the NatWest credit cards don’t have the severe granny sheen the RBS card does.
NatWest and RBS are definitely going through a weird design era.
